One of the missions within Mediamarkt IT Service Management is to provide, monitor, and analyse operational IT related KPIs from the application teams. Developing and deploy operational reports, dashboards and solutions is key to create transparency along IT Operations.
Within the IT Service Management team, we are looking for an enthusiastic IT Operations Data Engineer responsible to give structure to data, connect to applications and monitoring solutions, define requirements, create ETL´s (Extract Transform and Load).
This data is visualized e.g. in Google Looker Studio reports and dashboards focusing on most important IT Operational KPI´s.
IT Service Management is collecting new insights from data, analyse and visualise their performance to enable smarter decisions and better products & services support and delivery.

MISSION
Design and implement solutions for both low-level Firmware in Power Electronics or control, as well as higher-level software layers, including object-oriented programming, WebSocket, and WebServer.
Knowledge in EV protocols such as OCPP 1.6, 2.0.1, and CAN.
Proactive character both in methodology and in the integration of new technologies. The environment in which it operates must respond to a multitude of technological challenges from different areas, and it must be able to detect the best technology or process and implement the solution desired by the client.

Actualment, l'empresa està volent incorporar a un/a PROGRAMADOR/A DE BASES DE DADES per incorporar al seu equip de Data-BI.
Quina serà la teva missió a l'empresa?
Reportant al Responsable de Data-BI, les teves principals funcions a realitzar seran...
• Gestionar la posada a punt de les bases de dades (disseny i desenvolupament).
• Decidir característiques com la localització, l'espai, el mètode d'accés i la seguretat, i codificar-los.
• Elaborar programes per integrar la base de dades amb els equips, o programes d'aplicacions, si se'n necessiten per complir certs requeriments específics.
• Verificar els programes fets i corregir els possibles errors.
• Calcular els paràmetres òptims per al funcionament apropiat de la base de dades a fi d'establir límits per a futurs canvis o millores.
• Assegurar el funcionament i el manteniment correcte de les bases de dades així com la seva integritat, comprovant que la informació estigui emmagatzemada coherentment.
• Verificar que les dades siguin accessibles als usuaris i justar-les a les seves necessitats.
• Analitzar i corregir incidències, modificant programes si van canviant les necessitats del sistema o dels usuaris.
• Controlar el volum de dades i reorganitzar-les per reduir el temps de resposta.
• Proporcionar servei a l'usuari.
• Manipular comptes (dona d'alta i de baixa usuaris, gestiona nivells d'accés, etc.).
• Formar els usuaris de les bases de dades.
• Dissenya i proporcionar eines d’accés a les dades i d’anàlisi per facilitar la presa de decisions empresarials.
• Implementar els indicadors (KPI) necessaris per la presa de decisions en els diferents departaments, utilitzant eines de BI com Power BI, Qlik, etc.

We are searching for a Senior Monitoring specialist to shape the future monitoring landscape and to increase Site-Reliability Engineering maturity within MediaMarkt Saturn. He/She will be part of our IT Operations Platform team, which has overall responsibility for the monitoring toolset.
